In the comorbid course of atopic dermatitis with bronchial asthma, a high diagnostic concentration of specific IgE to food allergens was detected in 72.5% of chil dren. Conclusions: 65% of patients with severe severity according to the SCORAD index were predominantly children under 5 years of age with bronchial asthma; High diagnos tically significant food concentrations of IgE were found in 72.5% of patients with bronchial asthmaen_US
