Title: ПОЛИМОРФИЗМ ГЕНОВ СИНТАЗЫ ОКСИДА АЗОТА NOS1 И NOS3: ПРОГНОСТИЧЕСКАЯ ЗНАЧИМОСТЬ В ДИАГНОСТИКЕ ПОСЛЕРОДОВЫХ КРОВОТЕЧЕНИЙ И ИХ МЕЖГЕННОЕ ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЕ

Abstract: Tug'ruqdan keyingi gon ketishining shakllanishida NOS1 (G-84A) va NOS (C7861) tizimll azotoksidi sin- taza genlari polimor fizmlarining intergenik o'zaro ta'sirint tahlil qilish. Material va usullar: tug'rugdan keyingl aton- ki gon ketishi turli og'irlikdagi 101 nafar ayol tekshirildf (asosly guruh). Nazorat guruhi jiddly surunkall somatik pa- tologiyasi bolmagan, asoratsiz yoki akusherlik patologiyastsiz tabily tug'ilish tarixi bo'lgan 103 najar ayoldan iborat edi Tadqigot ishtirokchilarining barchasi o'zbek millatiga mansub edi. Natijalar: NOS1 genining G-84A polimorfizmi bilan sezilarli bog'liqlik aniqlandi. Alele Aushbu akusherlik patologlyasini rivoflanish xavfint oshiradi, NOS1(G-84A) va NOS3(C786T) genlarining qulay genetik variantiari mavjudligi endotelial disfunktslyaga garshiliknl oshiradigan omil hisoblanadi va shu bilan himoya at sirint ko'rsatadi (31,7% ga nisbatan 47,6%, x2-5,4; p=0,02). OR=20,; 95% CI: 1,106-3,461). Xulosa: NOS1 (G-84A) va NOS3 (C786T) genlarining polimorfizmlari va ayollarda tug'ruqdan keyingt gon ketishi o'rtasidagi munosa batlar tahlill NOS1 genining G-84A polimorizmi bilan sezilarli bog'liqlikni anigladl.
