Abstract: Despite the long period of study of multiple myeloma (MM), the mechanisms of the emergence and development of resistance to the therapy are still unclear. In this regard, worldwide attention of researchers is involved in the search for new informative markers that determine the individual risk of development and prognosis of the disease , which is undoubtedly a justified and promising direction of modern medical science.
