Abstract: In pregnant women with hemorrhagic syndrome hypocoagulative changes in thrombocytic hemostasis were found in 60.8%. Thrombocytopenia was diagnosed in 29.4% of cases and thrombocytopathy in 31.4%. In 7.8%, the cause of thrombocytopenia was immune thrombocytopenic purpura, in 9.8% it was secondary thrombocytopenia due to internal diseases and in 11.8% it was gestational thrombocytopenia.
