dc.description.abstractSo‘nggi o‘n yilliklarda mikroelementlarning inson organizmi va hayvonlar uchun ahamiyati haqida ko‘plab dalilli materiallar to‘plangan. Ushbu ma’lumotlarga asoslanib, mis, kobalt, rux, selen va boshqa ba’zi mikroelementlar almashtirib bo‘lmaydigan [10,22] guruhga ajratildi. Barcha tirik organizmlarda mikroelementlar turli xil biokimyoviy funksiyalarni bajaradi. Ushbu muammoga katta qiziqish mikroelementlarning yuqori biologik faolligi, ularning oksidlanishqaytarilish jarayonlarida ishtirok etishi, metabolizmning turli turlari (oqsil, yog‘, uglevod, vitamin, mineral), gaz almashinuvi, to‘qimalarning nafas olishi, to‘qimalarning o‘tkazuvchanligi, hujayralarning bo‘linishi, qon hosil bo‘lishi, o‘sish bilan izohlanadi[6, 4]en_US
