Varicocele is a common and correctable cause of male infertility. However, varicocelectomy does not always lead to improved fertility in men, most likely due to factors that affect the effectiveness of the correction. The aim of the study was to evaluate the clinical and laboratory factors (predictors) that affect the onset of spontaneous pregnancy after varicocele correction.en_US
