dc.description.abstractendothelial dysfunction was observed much less frequently than in patients in the second group. Endotheliumdependent vascular dysfunction was also more significant in the second group, which indicates more pronounced vascular damage in AH patients with DM and a greater risk of developing cardiovascular complications.en_US
