dc.description.abstractThus, in patients with isolated middleaged and elderly systolic hypertension, antihypertensive monotherapy with lercanidipine has a comparable antihypertensive effect, leads to normalization of the daily blood pressure profile with the achievement of the target level of systolic blood pressure in 73.3 and 75% of patients, respectively.en_US
