dc.description.abstract | Despite the numerous studies of hypertension, there is no information on the role of the interaction of endothelial dysfunction with the functional state of platelets in the genesis of disease progression. The study of this problem also becomes necessary from the point of view of developing effective and safe methods of treating hypertension, since a look at the pathogenesis of hypertension from the perspective of the interaction of the endothelial system with the thrombosis system is a potential target and from a therapeutic point of view this dictates the need to study the effect of antihypertensive drugs on the state of the thrombosis system in conjunction with endothelial dysfunction. | en_US |
