To evaluate laboratory and immunological parameters in patients with psoriatic arthritis with cardio vascular pathology. Material and methods: The study involved 125 individuals who signed informed written consent, who, depending on the presence of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA), were randomized into three groups: Group 1 - 62 patients with PsA complicated CVD, 2nd – 32 patients with PsA without concomitant CVD, 3rd – 31 patients with obvious signs of CVD without PsA. Results: Targeting the IL-17 and ET-1 pathways in PsA may have therapeutic potential. Several biologics targeting IL-17 or its receptor may show effectiveness in reducing joint inflammation and skin lesions in patients with PsA. In addition, drugs targeting the ET-1 pathway, such as endothelin receptor antagonists, have been investigated as potential treatments for CVD in PsA. Conclusions: Further studies are needed to fully understand the effect of IL-17 on ET-1 and its effect on the pathogenesis and early diagnosis and prognosis of CVD in PsA.en_US
