Abstract

The principle of «Healthy mother-healthy child» universally recognized slogan in our country is, in its essence, a rallying and mobilizing call of the population, and has become a priority task raised to the level of the state and society. As we begin the implementation of this important task, I would like to emphasize that we deeply understand that the goal set before us can be achieved only on the basis of deep reform and modernization of the entire system of people’s health protection. [2,5,9,12,14].
