| Abstract: | Исследование метаболических профилей гормонов у женщин с бесплодием, обусловленным гипоталамо-гипофизарной дисфункцией, выявило значительные различия в уровнях гонадотропинов и пролактина. В первой группе (ранний репродуктивный возраст) наблюдалось увеличение ЛГ на 35%, ФСГ на 35% и пролактина на 25%. Во второй группе (поздний репродуктивный возраст) изменения затронули уровни эстрадиола и прогестерона на 20%. Корреляционный анализ показал значимую связь между изменениями метаболитов и клиническими показателями репродуктивного здоровья. Эти данные подчеркивают важность метаболомического анализа для диагностики и лечения бесплодия. The study of metabolic profiles of hormones in women with infertility caused by hypothalamicpituitary dysfunction revealed significant differences in the levels of gonadotropins and prolactin. In the first group (early reproductive age), there was an increase in LH by 35%, FSH by 35%, and prolactin by 25%. In the second group (late reproductive age), changes affected the levels of estradiol and progesterone by 20%. Correlation analysis showed a significant relationship between metabolite changes and clinical indicators of reproductive health. These findings highlight the importance of metabolomic analysis for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. |
