dc.description.abstractin the course of the study, the dynamics of the effect of iron deficiency anemia and anemia of chronic diseases on the cytokine profile of patients with chronic heart failure. We also studied the relationship between hepcidin and interleukin-6 (IL-6). When comparing in both subgroups of patients with anemia, there was an increase in the level of cytokines: interleuktin-1 and 6. tumor necrosis factor-a. Our study showed that in patients with chronic heart failure with anemia, a correlation was found between hepcidin and IL-6 in the anemia group of chronic diseases.en_US
