Uzoq yillar davomida umumiy va kasb ta’limi tizimidagi ta’lim jarayoni "bilim - ko‘nikma - malaka" didaktik uchligiga muvofiq deduktiv asosda qurildi.Bunda asosiy e’tibor bilimlarni o‘zlashtirishga qaratildi va bu orqali amaliy ko‘nikma va malaka talablari o‘zlashtirilishi mumkin, deb qaraldi.en_US
