Abstract:	: The lack of drinking water, as well as its poor quality, sharply reduce the level of comfort for the population, increase the likelihood of the occurrence and spread of somatic and infectious pathologies associated with the water factor. A comprehensive hygienic assessment of the state of the drinking water supply of the population makes it possible to make a scienti cally based forecast of the impact of drinking water quality on the health of the population and justify measures to optimize the water supply system.
