dc.description.abstractA number of studies are being conducted around the world to provide optimal options for assessing the nutritional status and micronutrient status of preschool children. In this regard, it is necessary to substantiate the impact of endogenous and exogenous factors affecting the health of children of preschool age, as well as to improve health measures aimed at preventing the spread of infectious and somatic diseases. A healthy diet aimed at ensuring the hormonal development of the growing organism, the development of a new approach to the prevention of micronutrient deficiencies among children in the daily diet and in preschool institutions. Our article presents scientific research on the creation of optimal hygienic conditions for the prevention of diseases caused by micronutrient deficiencies among children in preschool institutions.en_US
