dc.description.abstractAn analysis of scientific advances made in recent years regarding the understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms of spondyloarthritis demonstrates a multicomponent cascade of interactions of genetic and epigenetic factors that are realized through a wide range of clinical manifestations of various phenotypes of spondyloarthritis, and the use of highly sensitive imaging methods is an important step in overcoming the late diagnosis of this disease and control over the ongoing therapy in each case.en_US
