In patients with hymenolepiasis, allergic dermatoses, diarrhea, and a tendency to constipation were significantly more often observed. Functional changes in the nervous system were more often recorded in patients with hymenolepiasis, and organic changes in patients with giardiasis. Clinical polymorphism of neurological disorders in hymenolepiasis is characterized by the predominance of the astheno-neurotic syndrome and vegetative dystonia syndrome, and in giardiasis - polyneuropathic and encephalopathic syndromes. Cephalgic syndrome is more common and more pronounced in patients with giardiasis. The presented data allow us to conclude that it is reasonable and expedient to conduct a survey of patients with cephalgic syndrome, patients with a depressive background for the presence of a parasitic infection, for the timely appointment of etiotropic treatmenten_US
