The clinical results of excimer laser keratorefractive surgery in patients with myopia using PRK, LASIK and FEMTOLASIK methods on the Alcon Wavelight EX500 laser device in the early postoperative and late postoperative period have been studied. We examined and operated on 30 patients (60 eyes) with middle degree myopia. Before the operation, standard as well as special ophthalmological examinations, such as keratotopography and keratopachymetry, were performed. All methods have shown good results, but the use of a femtosecond laser gives a more stable and predictable result.en_US
