Abstract: Maternal mortality One o f the most common complications observed during pregnancy today is liver failure. Among the main complications caused by this liver are intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnant women, liver damage associated with preeclampsia, which can lead to serious complications as a result o f the development o f acute fatty hepatosis in pregnant women. Evaluation o f pathomorphological changes in the liver as a result o f immunohistochemical examination is currently being evaluated fo r the first time in the country through this scientific work, and 20 patients were selected fo r this study from 3 different fatal diseases that underwent autopsy as a result o f the above maternal diseases. Liver changes in these patients are assessed by immunohistochemical reagents Ki-67, Bcl-2, CD 20, CD3.
