Endometriosis and adenomyosis not only cause symptoms such as dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, and infertility, but they have also recently become a cause o f a number of obstetric complications. In this regard, we conducted a study of the course of pregnancy and childbirth in 65 pregnant women in 2021-2022 yy., of which the main group consisted of 43 pregnant women with grade 1-2 adenomyosis and the comparison group - 22 pregnant women without adenomyosis. We have found that the chances and risks of developing obstetric and perinatal complications are much higher in pregnant women with adenomyosis.en_US
