dc.description.abstractIn this article, on the basis of the credit-modular system of the university and the activities of the IRC, an integrated approach to improving the activities of independent education in higher education is analyzed. The activity of higher educational institutions, local self-government, independent universities is considered. The new generation of educational books created by higher educational institutions on the basis of world best practices, which are based on the principles of a credit-modular system, have been studied. It may be worth considering that the structure of the ECTS credit-modular system consists of two necessary elements: the organization of personality-oriented learning and the achievement of transparency in education, increased flexibility in education and increased student mobility.en_US
