dc.description.abstract | Nutrition problems are relevant for all segments of the population, including children and adolescent athletes, since nutrition for them is one of the components of maintaining their working capacity at a high level and productivity. In the course of a survey of children and adolescents involved in sports, 79% of young athletes had a violation of the diet. In some schools, the absence of canteens was revealed. Often in the existing canteens, mainly carbohydrate products are sold. | en_US |
