dc.description.abstractAccording to the modern understanding of the pathogenesis of the development of tuberculosis of peripheral lymph nodes (TPLU) can be considered as regional tuberculous lymphadenitis. Of the existing methods of ultrasonography, multiparametric ultrasound (MP ultrasound), which includes linear B-mode, color and energy Doppler mapping modes, compression elastography, shear wave elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, may be of the greatest interest for the differential diagnosis of focal changes in LU.en_US
