dc.description.abstract | Today, the symptom of hyperuricemia is detected during the diagnosis of many diseases. But will this symptom be the main one in the validation of gout? Its occurrence occurs by the deposition of uric acid crystals, or urate crystals in the tissues of the joint. A crystal is a foreign body in the body that strengthens the body's defense system to eliminate it and thus a gout attack occurs. Based on etiological data and epidemiological studies, an analysis of the main pathochemical mechanism of gout development is provided. Diagnostic methods for studying biological fluids of the body for the detection of gout are considered. | en_US |
