Abstract: This article presents problems of discourse pragmatics, psychological-pragmatic factors of the use of language units in the speaker-addressee relationship, and the interaction of language and the human factor. The analysis of the discursive situation as a whole, that is, within the framework of educational processes related to the structure of the sentence, is expressed in the article on the basis of examples.
