dc.description.abstract	Relevance. Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) inju ries are common in athletes and can lead to significant functional limitations and long-term disability if not properly treated. Objective: The efficacy of tenoxicam in patients un dergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in the early rehabilitation period was investigated in this scientific paper. Material and research methods. This study was a retro-prospective, single center study of the clinical effi cacy and safety of tenoxicam in early rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Results. The results revealed a significant reduction in pain and improved functional activities among pa tients using tenoxicam, compared to the control group. Conclusion. This study has shown that tenoxicam can help improve rehabilitation outcomes by reducing pain and inflammation, improving range of motion, and increasing muscle strength	en_US
