dc.description.abstract Cardiovascular diseases, particularly coronary artery diseases (CAD), remain a leading cause of mortality worldwide. Early diagnosis and accurate prognosis are paramount for effective intervention and improved patient outcomes. This article delves into the crucial role of non-invasive methods of cardiovascular tomography, with a focus on Coronary Contrast Multispiral Computed Tomography (MSCT), in the early detection and prognosis of CAD. Coronary artery diseases often progress silently, with destabilizing atherosclerotic plaques that can trigger ischemic events. Non-invasive techniques such as stress echocardiography (SEKG) and cardiac computed tomography (CT) with non-contrast coronary calcium scoring offer valuable insights into the presence and severity of CAD. They aid in identifying patients at risk and enable timely interventions. Moreover, this article highlights the advantages and innovations of invasive coronary angiography, a gold standard in CAD diagnosis. By comparing non-invasive and invasive approaches, readers gain a comprehensive understanding of the diagnostic landscape. In the realm of non-invasive imaging, MSCT angiography emerges as a powerful tool. Its ability to visualize coronary anatomy with high precision and minimal invasiveness makes it an indispensable asset in CAD assessment. en_US
