dc.description.abstract Purpose of the study. Study of possible associations between the carriage of adverse genotypes of polymorphic variants of proinflammatory cytokine genes and the severity of the clinical course of BMI. Material and methods:The study included 75 patients with IMTV (between the ages of 16 and 80) and 73 conditionally healthy individuals without a pathology of the hemostasis system of a comparable age. The polymorphisms of the TNF-α (rs1800629), IL-1β (rs1143627), IL-6 (rs1800795), and VEGFA (rs201096363) genes were detected by SNP-PCR. Results and its discussion. Results and its discussion. The absence of the association of the G / A genotype of the TNF-α gene (rs1800629) and the C /G genotype of the VEGFA gene (rs2010963) with a high risk of the development of a severe course of the IMTV has been found. At the same time, a significant dependence of the mutant G / G genotype of the VEGFA gene (rs2010963) with a high risk of developing a severe course of IMTV was determined. en_US
