dc.description.abstract Objective: to conduct a comparative assessment of various minimally invasive methods of surgical treatment of hiatal hernia in patients with metabolic obesity. Materials and methods. The results of examination and planned surgical treatment of 22 patients with hiatal hernia who were hospitalized in the multidiscip linary clinic of TMA in the period from 2014 to 2019 were studied. All patients were divided into two clinical groups. The first group included 10 patients who underwent standard laparoscopic fundoplication (LFP) according to Nissen-Rosetti. In the main group of 12 patients, when performing LFP, the points of introduction of trocars were determined according to the calculations of the computer program developed by us. Results. In the postoperative period, the following complications were observed in patients from the first group: serum wounds in the umbilical region in 3 (13%) patients, pain in the epigastric region in 3 (13%), dysphagia in 1 (4%) of the patient, who stopped after conservative therapy. In the main group, no such complications were noted. en_US
