Оценка вариабельности сердечного ритма у больных с гипертонической болезнью

Abstract

The imbalance of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) is an important mechanism for the formation of hypertension and its complications. In this work, the peculiarity of heart rate variability in patients with arterial hypertension was studied. The study involved 35 patients with arterial hypertension, aged 45 to 75 years (mean age 61.1±8.9 years). The assessment of the overall heart rate variability based on temporal (SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD, meanNN, etc.) and spectral absolute values of LF, HF, LF/HF, VLF, circadian index (CI) LF/HF was carried out according to the135 recommendations of the Working Group of the European Society of Cardiology and the North American Society of Stimulation and Electrophysiology. It was found that the LF index was reduced by 2 times, and HF- by 3.8 times, which is an indicator of a decrease in the response of the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. Accordingly, the proportion of VLF waves of very low frequency in the total heart rate variability is increased by 2 times, which indicates hyperactivation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS).
