dc.description.abstract Human echinococcosis was first described in ancient times by Hippocrates as "cysts filled with water" in the human liver. The famous doctor Al-Raziokolo thousands of years ago subsequently wrote an echinococcal cyst of the liver. Currently, echinococcosis is one of the most neglected parasitic diseases [4].Echinococcus granulosus is the most common form of echinococcal pathology in humans. The Republic of Uzbekistan is the most populous region in Central Asia. Unfortunately, our country is an endemic focus of the incidence of echinococcosis. The average July air temperature in the country ranges from 26 ° C in the north to 30 ° C in the south. An important factor in the development of liver echinococcosis and the treatment of the results of the near and long-term period is not particularly paid to parasitocenosis. After all, when the body is infected with echinococcal oncocysts, it is impossible to exclude the infection of other parasites or pathogenic microorganisms. Without considering the development of surgery in the treatment of echinococcosis, the attending surgeons pay little attention to the infection of other pathogenic microorganisms en_US
