dc.description.abstract Diseases of the thyroid gland occupy the first place among the causes of reproductive disorders. The prevalence of thyroid pathology in the world is 10-15%, of which hypothyroidism accounts for 7 to 14%. The most common cause of hypothyroidism is autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT). According to the WHO AIT occurs in 5-26% of women of reproductive age and in 13-20% of pregnant women. en_US
