dc.description.abstract In connection with the imbalance of neurotransmitters in the brain, vasomotor symptoms develop. In particular, the concentration of serotonin, norepinephrine, γ-aminobutyric acid and opioid peptides decreases, and the concentration of monoamine oxidase increases. As a rule, such changes occur immediately and significantly reduce the quality of life of women, leading to sleep disturbance, anxiety, depression, migraine, dementia, etc. en_US
