dc.description.abstract The article presents data from our own studies devoted to the study of the level of pro-inflammatory cytokine - interleukin-17 in patients with ankylosing spondylitis in the post-covid period. The level of interleukin-17 was compared in two groups: in patients who were not ill and who underwent COVID-19, as well as in healthy individuals. The level of interleukin-17 was also compared with clinical symptoms and disease activity. According to the results of the research, the influence of coronavirus infection on the increase in the level of interleukin-17, as well as an increase in the activity of the disease in patients with ankylosing spondylitis was revealed. en_US
