dc.description.abstract	Relevance. Diagnosis and treatment of patients with arterial injury is one of the urgent tasks of modern vascular surgery. Purpose of the research: To improve the results of treatment of patients with peripheral arterial injuries with associated limb injuries, by optimizing the diagnosis and treatment tactics. Material and methods. The analysis of the results of diagnosis and treatment of 56 patients with damage to peripheral arteries with combined injuries for the period from 2020 to 2022 was carried out. The influence on the results of diagnosis and treatment of the time interval between injury and admission to the hospital, the genesis of the injury, the role of compensatory mechanisms and the assistance provided were studied. Conclusions. Timely and rapid restoration of the main blood flow in case of combined osteovascular injuries is the main priority of emergency angiosurgical care.	en_US
