dc.description.abstract |
The article substantiates the relevance and outlines the basic principles of differential
diagnosis of congenital myopathies. In the last decade, interest in the study of hereditary
neuromuscular diseases has increased. This is due to the progress in molecular diagnostics, the emergence of new methods of genetic therapy, which has shown its effectiveness mainly in experimental studies, but already has practical application in the clinic. |
