dc.description.abstract The article addresses the usefulness and relevance of psychoanalysis in preparing future general practitioners. Interaction of medical education with structures and knowledge of psychoanalysts is difficult due to stereotypes and methodological difficulties. The work shows the relevance of such an interaction, an approach to its creation is proposed. Also, based on a competency approach, highlighted basic ideas and provisions capable of solving a number of problems in doctor-patient communication and professional development. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn about the need for further development of this approach in the preparation of medical frameworks. en_US
