dc.description.abstract The aim of the study was to study the frequency of occurrence of lesions of the gastroduodenal zone and the frequency of drug use in patients with rheumatoid arthritis based on the materials of a retrospective analysis. The results of the study showed that the pathology of the gastroduodenal zone in patients with rheumatoid arthritis is quite common, every third patient has symptoms of damage to the gastroduodenal zone and this is due not only to the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticosteroids, but also due to the primary involvement of the mucous membrane of the gastroduodenal zone in the pathological process. en_US
