Abstract:
We describe a case from the practice of patient S. with undiagnosed multiple angiodysplasias, as a result, stroke
developed, which, apparently, indicated a violation of the compensatory mechanisms of the brain, when it becomes
impossible to resume normal cerebral blood flow with the involvement of collaterals as a result of bilateral bending of
the artery at an acute angle in combination with GB and atherosclerotic stenosis.
