Abstract:
Modern scientific advances in the medical field, create serious ethical issues. Including the issue of donor and recipient consent for organ transplantation. Each country chooses its own policy on this issue. However, no single solution has been identified. This article integrates the knowledge and experience of different countries on this issue.
