Abstract: This article provides information on the role of miRNAs in the progression of chronic diffuse diffuse liver diseases from the stage of chronic viral hepatitis to severe fibrosis. The study of new parameters for predicting the nature of the course, the rate of progression of liver fibrosis, the risk of developing HCC is of particular importance. In this direction, great prospects are opening up in the field of genomics.
