Abstract:
Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most prevalent arthritis in rheumatology. Chondrocytes are changed degeneratively, and OA occurs joint destruction process. As a result, patients suffer from pain, and limited movement, disability. OA has heterogeneity. Improving a new model of understanding OA based on a phenotype-guided approach is needed. Studying OA phenotypes improve the chance of individual predicting of disease and aimed to define OA modifying drugs.
