The role of endothelial dysfunction in the development of immune microthrombovasculitis

Abstract

Comparative assessment of endothelial dysfunction indicators in patients with IMTV depending on the form of the disease and the characteristics of its course.We examined 140 patients with BMI at the age of 18-62 years. All patients, depending on the clinical manifestations of the disease, were subdivided into 4 groups: 1st - 32 patients with skin, 2nd - 84 patients with skinarticular, 3rd - 12 patients with mixed skin-articular and abdominal and 4th group -12 patients with generalized skin-articular and renal forms of IMTV.
