Abstract:
The development of the medical field of our country, the adaptation
of the medical system to the requirements of world standards, the protection of the
environment, and the production of measures aimed at preventing the spread of infectious
and somatic diseases among different layers of the population are in accordance with the
Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 5590 of December 7, 2018
«Fundamental improvement of the health care system» «On comprehensive measures» was
adopted. In this decree, a number of tasks are set for medical workers. These tasks include
improving the quality of medical services for children and adolescents, reducing infectious
and somatic diseases, and improving the use of modern technologies in the development
of preventive measures in various educational institutions. Allows to reduce and promote
a healthy lifestyle among them. However, despite this, today the level of some diseases
among children and adolescents remains high.
