Abstract:
Тhe aim of the study was to study the state of the cardiovascular system and assess the level of
cardiovascular risk in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) during the study, 70 patients with SLE were
studied. In patients with SLE and identified changes in the cardiovascular system, there was a high and very high risk
of developing CVD, associated with a high frequency
of traditional risk factors, subclinical damage to the heart and blood vessels, as well as a high prevalence of
coronary artery disease, CHF.
